  • When do I receive my cashback?

    Your monthly accumulated cashback will be paid at the end of the following month.

     

    Note that cashback is only available for the Lama Vicuna plan, and it only apply to card payments that involve a crypto conversion. Direct traditional currencies card payments are not eligible to receive cashback.

     

    Kindly be aware that your plan subscription must be active (paid) to receive your cashback.

     

  • What is the available cashback offered by Lama?

    Lama currently only offers a 1% cashback paid in bitcoin on the Lama Vicuna plan, other Lama plans do not have this benefit.

  • What happens if my plan is downgraded before cashback is apply?

    Your accumulated cashback will not be applied, as for the cashback to be applicable your monthly subscription cost for the corresponding plan must be paid before the cashback is applied.
