  • I want to delete my account, how can I do it?

    We are sorry to hear that you are thinking about leaving Lama.

     

    To delete your account, please kindly reach out to our support team. They will escalate your request to have it completed. Remember to contact us from the email address registered within your Lama Business account.

     

    Once your business account has been deleted, your credentials will be removed from the system, and you will not be able to retrieve any of your information nor log in again. You will need to withdraw all your funds in all currencies – for instance in euros, pounds, and cryptocurrencies – before your account is finally closed. Keep in mind, we are required by law to keep your data for five years, for regulatory compliance.
