  • Where can I find my account settings?

    You will find them on the bottom left side of the  Web-App main screen, simply click over it and you will find there your company information such as:

    • Lama User ID.
    • Account Business information (Email, Phone number, Address, etc).
    • Password settings.
    • And more.
  • How can I download a transaction statement?

    With Lama downloading transactions statements is very easy, just follow these simple steps:

    1. Access your account activity by clicking over the ‘Activity’ option located on the left side panel.
    2. Locate the ‘Download’ icon next to ‘Activity’ at the top.
    3. A pop-up will show on the screen for you to select the desired period of time for your statement.
    4. After selecting this click on ‘Generate statement’.
    5. The download process should start within a few seconds.
  • How can I create a Euro/Pounds account?

    With Lama Business, your Euro is automatically activated after your account’s Verification Process is approved.

    For Pound Sterling account you will have to manually activate it by:

    • Go into the Lama Home Screen and under the section: “Accounts” choose “GBP”
    • Tap on the button that says: “Create GBP account”
    • The system will start creating your account and you will be notified through a pop-up once the account is created. (This could take up to 5 minutes).
    • All your account details will be available and ready to be used once created.

    If your Euros or Pounds account is not created after the above steps, please contact our support team at supportbusiness@mylama.eu so it can be fixed.

  • How do I login to our business account?

    To login to your business account, follow these simple steps:

     

    1. In your computer browser, go to the website: https://business.mylama.eu/
    2. Once you are there enter your registered email address and password and click ‘Sign in’.
    3. Type in the 6-digits verification code sent to your registered email address.
    4. All done!
