  • How do I order a Lama Visa card (Physical)?

    All Lama Classic PlusLama Suri and Lama Vicuna plan users can easily order a Lama Visa card through their registered Lama account.

     

    Once you have selected one of these plans. Follow these simple steps:

     

    1. Open your Lama business account.
    2. Click on the “Card” option listed on the left panel.
    3. Click the option “Get a Card” if no card has been created, if you are adding a new card click on “Add new card”.
    4. Select a Card design (Lama Suriand Lama Vicuna only) and Click ‘Next’.
    5. Confirm your company address to which your card will be sent to.
    6. Confirm the information of your request.
    7. Validate your order by entering verification code that will be send to your registered email address.
    8. Done! Your order has been placed.

     

    Please note that if it’s your first order, it will be required for you to setup an Online security question.

     

    You will receive your Lama Visa card by mail. Shipping status will be visible through your  Web-App.

  • My card was stolen/lost. What should I do?

    You can easily report card lost/stolen within your Lama  Web-App’s card menu:

     

    1. Open your Lama business Web-App.
    2. Click the “Card” option located in the left panel.
    3. Select the card you would like to report and turn on the “Lock” option.
    4. This will instantly block your card.
    5. At the top click over the settings options (Gear icon).
    6. Select “Cancel Card”.
    7. Confirm your request by entering the verification code sent to your registered email address.
  • I’ve locked my card; how can it be unlocked?

    To have your card unlocked simply follow these steps:

     

    1. Open your Lama business Web-App.
    2. Click the “Card” option located in the left panel.
    3. Select the card you would like to unlock.
    4. Click over the “Unlock” option.
    5. Confirm your request by entering the verification code sent to your registered email address.

    Are there any fees to order a physical card?

    Physical cards are already available under the Lama Classic PlusLama Suri and Lama Vicuna plans. By subscribing to any of these plans your monthly fee covers your card orders.

     

    If you would like to have a physical card on your Lama Classic plan, you can certainly can, however a 9.99€ fee will apply.

  • My card has not been delivered yet. What should I do?

    If your card is not received, feel free to reach out our business support team via our webchat or by sending an email to supportbusiness@mylama.eu.
