The Lama Visa Card is a Euro currency-based card; however, you can easily use any available Crypto within your Lama account to process your card payments, as it will be automatically converted to euros for your payment needs.

Yes! You can have up to 2 physical cards on our Lama Vicuna plan, as currently the Lama Suri and Lama Classic Plus plans only offer 1 physical card on each plan. Nevertheless, you can have multiple virtual cards on these plans, with the exception of the Lama Classic plan.
Yes, you will! To upgrade your card spending limits (Lama Classic, Lama Classic Plus and Lama Suri plans) you will be required to upgrade your current plan.
Please note that our Lama Vicuna plan spending limits cannot be upgraded, if you have reached your Lama Vicuna plan monthly limits, you will have to wait until next month for the limits to refresh.
Currently Lama will not offer the option to customise your physical cards, nevertheless, our virtual cards will have a variety range of colours to choose from.
Lama Suri and Lama Vicuna plans will have specially designed physical cards for all users subscribed to these plans.
Your Lama Visa Card’s main currency is in Euros, nevertheless, you will be able to spend any cryptocurrency balance available within your Lama account, as one of your Lama Visa Card benefits is its capacity to automatically exchange any available cryptocurrency in your account to Euros to complete your desired transactions.
Note that any card payment will be taken by default from the highest available balance within your Lama account, and then move to the next highest available balance.

Security questions are an added layer of security for your account. They help us to confirm your identity when processing card payments minimising the risk of unauthorized transactions. To be compliant, when processing payments online and/or physical, a security question must be answered.
Virtual Visa cards are like Physical Lama Visa cards, however, you won’t receive a physical copy.
On virtual cards, the card details can only be visible through your Lama app. Once the card is generated, the virtual card is ready to be use. You can use the card details to make payments online and/or add it to Apple Pay and Google Pay (coming soon).
